Hello, and thanks for playing.
Wordwright is a small one-person project. There is no company behind it, no ads, no tracking, no signup. Just nine daily word games that I built because I enjoy puzzles and wanted something to play over morning coffee.
If you've enjoyed it, there are two ways to help.
Buy me a coffee
A few pounds covers the hosting bill or buys me a real coffee. Either is appreciated.
Send me feedback
Spotted a bug? Got a word the dictionary should accept (or shouldn't)? Have an idea for the next game? I'd love to hear it.
Useful things to include in a bug report: which game, the date you played, what you typed or clicked, what you expected to happen, what actually happened. Screenshots are welcome.
What I'm thinking about next
Things that might happen in future updates, in no particular order:
- An optional account so streaks sync across devices.
- A weekly summary email with your scores.
- Other languages (the cipher game already works in any language with a Latin alphabet).
- Themes beyond just light and dark.
- A "practice" mode that lets you replay older puzzles.
None of these are promises, just things on the back of an envelope. The list is shaped by what players actually ask for, so do write in.
The boring legal bit
Wordwright is offered as-is. There's no warranty, no SLA, and no obligation either direction. Use of the site is at your own discretion. By playing, you accept that the site stores gameplay data in your browser as described on the Help page. No personal data is sent to any server.
